I just tried travelocitys secret hotel booking and got 4 * Caribe Royal Orlando for 94.30. Is this considered a good deal?

Well, it sure beats the $179 discounted conference rate that they've offered me.

mousesavers has some deals for Royale caribe too last time I looked. Would they not work? Who gave you that rate?

That's actually a really good rate. The lowest Mousesavers rate I have seen was $110. It is supposed to be a really nice hotel. Free parking & no resort fees. Really close to the parks too. Good luck with your decision!:)

Thanks considering also that I did not know the hotel until I agreed to be surprised so it looks nice and hope it is.

The mousesavers rate is come and go apparently. Before we booked our condo at Bonnet Creek, I was looking at Caribe Royale. I tried booking at the posted Mousesavers rate, and the rate quoted to me by the front desk was a good $40 higher. I argued with the woman for a little bit, but she kept telling me it was unavailable. So I don't know if they only keep a certain amount at that particular price or not.

That is per night I went to tavelocity section called secret hotels and it would not tell me the hotel just that it was 4 * but after you agree to pay the 94.30 and some taxes and agreeing and knowing it is nonrefundable and nonchangeable they tell you the name of the hotel. I figured for one night I would try anything that is 4*. Mousesavers did not have their summer 2011 rates yet posted. the total came to 106.00 for summer 2011 dates
