Caribe Cove or Mike Ditka's?

Does anyone have any opinons on either of these resorts?

We are planning a week in September and can stay at either place on my credit card reward points.

We stayed at Caribe Cove last March. Units were large and clean. Staff was not as friendly as some other places we've stayed, but we really didn't have much to do with them. Pool was basic, and only open during daylight hours, but it was heated. The location was fine - quick to AK using the Sherberth Rd shortcut - and lots of restaurants nearby on 192.
