What I'd like to know before I put a deposit on a condo here is does anyone have an opinion of the condos there? Any good or bad experiences you care to share before I send that payment? The price is so good that I'm leary! So please tell me the good, the bad, and the ugly! Thank you for your opinions!

I have never come across these condos before

Just did a google search to check them out - found a couple of difference sites with ratings 2 star on one and 6 out of 10 on another. (kayak.com was one of the sites)

Hopefully someone will be able to fill you in
