Caribbean Pirate Adventure at CBR

I just booked the Caribbean Pirate Adventure for my 5 and 7 year old boys for the last day of our trip in May. Does anyone have any recent reviews? It seems like there are a lot more reviews for the Albatross one at BC but that was fully booked already. Also, my DH and I will have some time with our 1 year old while the boys are on their adventure, any recommendations for things we should do? I'm thinking we'll just grab a coffee and take him for a leisurely walk in the stroller.
