Caribbean Beach VS PO French Quarter?

We can't afford a deluxe resort for our honeymoon, as much as I'd love to stay in one. Which moderate resort is better for a HM - the Caribbean Beach or Port Orleans French Quarter?

Id say POFQ.....not as many people...not as many kids....and you can take the nice ride on the boat to Downtown Disney. Its a smaller resort and I just think it is sorta romantic. It is my absolute favorite resort at Disney. You could stay in one of the back buildings that overlooks the water...and even the back buildings are just a short walk away from the foodcourt and pool and bus stops. However, this resort is closed temporarily for remodeling. Good luck deciding and CONGRATULATIONS and may God bless your marriage!

I don't think you could go wrong with either one. I have stayed at both. It can be very romantic at CBR. There are the beaches with the hammocks where you can watch Illuminations at night. You can take a walk around Parrot Cay or sit on the benches. It is very secluded.

You will have a wonderful time no matter which one you stay at. We love the moderates. I have stayed at all of them and CBR is our favorite.

I have stayed at both and would vote for CBR. CBR is a beautiful resort with lots of lovely paths to walk. There are many different pools, bike paths and good food choices. You might also look into POR - another great resort! Enjoy!
