Caribbean Beach to VWL

We are heading to the World in December. Our first couple nights (add ons ) will be at the Caribbean Beach. We've never been there but heard it's nice. We'll then move to our 1BR at VWL. My question, am I right in saying that we can have the resort transfer our luggage over to VWL when we check out of CB on Sat and into VWL? We are planning a day at Universal on Friday and were going to stay near there originally. But then I said to myself, "self" Disney will transfer your bags for you! I recall having our luggage moved on a split stay between DVC resorts last year.

I like to have my ducks in a row. Thanks for, I hope, confirmation!

Yes as long as you are transferring to another WDW resort (regular or DVC) they will transfer you luggage for you. Have a good trip!

So how much do you tip for a bag transfer?

Same as you would when tipping to have your luggage brought to your room or if you were tipping to have the bellman take your bags upon check-out to leave.

Customary is $1-$2 per bag ~ remember to tip the bellman taking your luggage from the first resort and then again to tip the bellman who brings your luggage to your room at the next
