Caribbean Beach Resort October 2018

Hello all!
I'm looking to plan a trip in October 2018 with my husband and 3 kids (2,9 and 12 at time of travel). I see that there is a ton of construction currently that is slated for completion June 2018. What are the chances that the Resort will still have a bunch of construction during my trip? Also, any chance the rumored gondola will be completed by my trip? TIA for any responses.

Fairly good. I do not think the new tower will be done in 12 months.

The gondola won't be done either. Is not rumor.
