Can someone verify that there are irons in the rooms at CBR.

We leave Thursday... I am soooooooo excited!!!

Yes, irons and ironing boards in every room, in every Moderate resort including CBR.

WooooooHooooooo!!!! I'm coming back home to my favorite Moderate Resort!!! The shuttle launch has been delayed so we had to switch our dates and the DGL Code was good for our new dates. We switched from Pop to CBR and got a $1.47 credit on one room and only had to pay $15 more for the second room at CBR compared to what we originally paid for Pop!! Wooooohooooooooo!!!!

We are flying out Friday headed to the Carribean Beach! This is our 3rd year in a row staying at the Carribean Beach. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. We have visited other resorts and we love what Carribean Beach has to offer.

Last year was my mom's first trip to Disney, and she broke her elbow 7 days before we were scheduled to depart for Disney. She had a total replacement done on her elbow on a Tuesday and we flew out on that Friday, along with my mom. She was a trooper going to Disney and said she wasn't going to miss it. She is going back this year without any broken bones. I'm so excited for my mom to go back!!!!!!!!

I seems that we get to enjoy 2 vacations in 1. We get to enjoy Disney World during the day and a tropical island at night!

Thanks for all the updates on the pool. I'm so happy it is finished for our trip!!

We are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort. Hopefully we will have an updated room! We are on the dining deluxe plan so be prepared to see photos of food! And lots of it!

I plan on updating with pictures every 2-3 hours. We arrive at 1:00PM tomorrow (Friday)

Were you on the dining plan? Last year they always added the gratuity for any extra's you had beside the plan. I meant gratuity is not added at the bars like the banana cabana. Maria

Yes, we were on the dining plan, so maybe that was the difference. I wouldn't even consider not leaving a tip. Service would have to be incredibly bad to not leave a tip at all, thats just rude. I firmly believe in taking care of the people that take care of you.

No, I'm not making that up either. You should hear the struggles and chuckles I get with representatives on the phone that have to verify my address.

I'm thinking Trindad North might be a good pick. What do y'all think? I like the idea of being closer to the pool, but not on top of it.

Did you pay extra for preferred? Trinidad North costs extra. Jamaica is highly recommended by those that don't want to pay extra.

We have always requested Aruba 51 or 52 or Jamaica 45, 46 or 44. All three of these are 5 minute walks to Old Port Royale...just dance your way over the bridge and island to the Caribbean Music. Fantastic location without having to pay for preferred.
