Caribbean Beach: Our Opinion

We've now stayed at Caribbean Beach twice since Jan. and must say the refurbed rooms (we've only stayed in Martinique) are great. Clean, bright and you can really tell they have less than a year of use on them.

The pool is looking good and the food court was clean.
Frankly, for a moderate, we have no complaints. I especially enjoyed the early morning walks for coffee and hearing the music of steel drums being played.

We've also eaten at Shutters, their sit-down restaurant and I really enjoyed the Marinated Pork Tenderloin.

The steel drum music is back?!

Last May we missed not hearing it while crossing the island to Old Port Royale from our room in Jamaica. We'll be back for seven nights at the CBR in December.

Have you used the busses?

That is my biggest worry about our Oct. Trip. We will not have a car.

Mady, I wouldn't be concerned about the busses. I don't think everyone would have the same experience. There are probably as many opinions on the bus trans as there are busses in WDW.

CBR is well served by the transportation system but sometimes demand is high.

You will have a wonderful time at CBR.
