Caribbean beach or Port of orleans

What are the pros and cons of each? We will be traveling with a four year old also.

CBR: pros, grounds are beautiful, pools are the best at the Mods, the spanish fort pool is wonderful.

Cons: huge resort, busses will stop 1-6 times before getting out of the resort depending upon where you stay. Can be quite a walk from your room to the main building unless you book preferred. Biggest problem: busses are not good. I won't stay here again because of the transportation problem.

POR: Pros: grounds are awesome, more options for room type (mansions or alligator bayou), smaller resort, better bussing, boat to DTD. Make your own pasta is the best QS on property, IMHO.

Cons: big resort, some walking required if you don't book a preferred room.

With a 4 year old, I'd stay at POFQ. Small resort, not much walking. He/she will be bushed after a day at the parks!

CBR has the pirate ship splash pool for the younger kids and a zero entry pool. Busses stop at each village so not much walking back to resort after parks I didnt think.
