Irony -- of all the moderates, I liked the food court at CSR the least! Different strokes, lol!

That is ironic! CSR has been our favorite food court so far. We utilized that food court more than on any other trip!

we just got back from a 10 day stay and I agree with pp about the cms in the food court, not very helpful! I was somewhat dissapointed in this stay, I really love cbr and have stayed many times but this time around it just wasnt as magical as our past stays, we were in martinique and had 3 rooms booked, we did all have a working fridge so that was a plus, but housekeeping was lacking and staff just didnt seem to have the disney spirit. I think after this stay Im gonna try out por for the next trip, I do have many fond memories of cbr but time to move on and try some where new

Just got back, first stay at CBR loved it stayed in Jamaica 4439 close to quiet pool and bus stop. Not to far from bridge to center town bridge either.

No fridge but we had a great time. There was a ceremony on the 1st celebrating the 25th anniversary and got to see Mickey and Minnie in Caribbean outfits as they rode around in boats. Obviously not a everyday thing but was cool to see.

Saw fireworks from epcot a couple of times from the resort was pretty cool. Main pool was really nice as well.


Would stay again even more so if the upgrades that have been talked about happen.

Finally buses were good a few times we waited a little more than we wished to but it's Disney we had a great time.

We were there last week and stayed in Barbados. It was last for Magic Kingdom and another one??
Sometimes on the way back we just got off at Martinique and walked rather than ride around.
Most people would give a seat up to your mom I am sure

I like the tip about getting off and walking -- and especially your comment about giving up a seat to someone who needs it. I hate when people don't.

Hey! I've gone back several pages and didn't see any reports on the pirate room fridge status. Hope somebody here can answer the question for you.

Here now and my husband saw a pallet of fridges in the parking lot..so hopefully soon all fridges will be replaced! We are in Aruba 56..our first time in this building as we've always been in Barbados on previous trips. We have a fridge but we are here with friends and they don't..and they are only two rooms away. Mousekeeping hasn't been what I've come to know and expect..we are totally out of shampoo and conditioner and they did not replenish today. I still love love love CBR and we are already planning next year's trip back. It's a beautiful resort and to me it feels like 'home'!

I'm too curious about the fridge situation! I'm really hoping for a fridge!

I'll report back on anything we find... posting mostly to see my countdown!

I put in a request to be located in either Jamica 45 or Aruba 51, if I don't get put in one of those areas, should I make a stink? Will they move me?

Thanks for the report on the fridge situation. It seems that mousekeeping is lacking at all resort levels lately. I'd call mousekeeping and ask that they leave you extra shampoo and conditioner when they come around again.

Sounds like they are being replaced slowly but surely.

If it were me, I wouldn't make a stink but that's my opinion. We have stayed in each of the villages with the exception of Trinidad North and South and have enjoyed them all. Our walk from Barbados Bldg. 11 (one of the furthest from OPR) to OPR was just 7 minutes and that was when we were behind a couple with a double stroller.

I don't want to be in barbados, I felt like we were just too far away last time from the rest of the resort.

Anyone else having trouble with online check in? We will be at CBR Nov 10-17 and I want to make my room requests but I keep getting an error message after I get to last page of online check in.
