Caribbean Beach Construction?

Hello!

We are going on a Disney cruise in 2018, but we are looking to stay at WDW the night before and the night after.

We were thinking PO French Quarter before (June 29, 2018), and Caribbean Beach the night after (July 11, 2018).

But last night while looking into it, we discovered that Caribbean Beach may be under construction at that time.

Will this effect our stay? Should we not stay there?

Will any other construction be going on at that time (that we know of yet)?

CBR is undergoing a MAJOR renovation including the building of a new DVC tower. The construction is going to last until 2019 (ish). It's impossible to say right now how exactly your stay would be affected in 2018, but it's a safe bet that the construction will still be going on at that point/

Personally, I would avoid CBR and CSR. They are both going to be undergoing major construction.
