Caretaker at DL???

My mom and I are thinking about taking her ******** brother to DL next year. He's 48, but has the mind of a 5 year old. The last time we took him to Disneyland was difficult, but it was nice to see him happy. If we take him next year, we were wondering if there's a program where we can hire a caretaker to take him to DL for a day while my mom and I go off alone?
