Caretaker - Annual Pass?

We've been annual pass holders in the past and recently son is getting of age and maturity to go with other caretakers for duration at theme parks.

We are entertaining signing up our passes when/if they reopen again for Disneyland.

We know that caretakers have to purchase tickets. Does anyone know if Disneyland will allow of a generic-caretaker (or company name tied to pass holder with the disability)?

AP are only good for one person. Not something that can be shared or switched between multi guest.
