Career Start vs College Program

Are the students in each program treated any differently once they are in WDW? Or is everyone all kind of the same?

One group is in college and the other is not- just wondering is that is loked on differently by the kids themselves?

They are essentially the same program from my understanding which may not be correct. The highlighted part is the only difference. Also CP has a couple of jobs that CS doesn't.

Thanks- I do realize how the programs differ is the eyes of DISNEY.

I was just curious if the kids themselves- or even their supervisors- discriminated in anyway. Like does the CP participant get better/preferential treatment than a CS participant?

Oh heavens no.

All Disney Parks and Resorts Internships and Programs Participants are treated equally when it comes to working conditions. Indeed, there are so few Disney CareerStart Program Participants that most regular-status Cast Members just end up lumping them together with their Disney College Program and Disney International Program counterparts.

I can certainly say that I personally wouldn't be able to differentiate DCS Participants from other Internships and Programs Participants if they didn't raise the subject.

Ha I'm a careerstarter and the only way they might be able to tell is we dont have a college on our nametag. I have never had any problem explaining what program I was in, or any full time cast member saying something to me! They merge us as College program students after that.
