So Dh has finally decided he wants to quit his job. He's been unhappy for ages and its not going to get any better. He's considered a civilian contractor for the navy through his company and he's been there for nearly 20yrs through various transitions.
He says that he wants out of his comapny completely and I was wondering about some kind of guidance for him because he has been doing this since b4 he even left the navy. He hasn't interviewed for any type of job since b4 he joined the navy.
So has anybody here ever used a career coach or counselor?
IF you have how much did it cost? Was it worth it?
I'm looking for any advice to help him with this. Especially since i don't want to see him backdown and stick it out for no good reason. I also don't to see him get stuck in a new job where he has to take a big paycut.
