Care & feeding of Mickey Mouse Platy fish

This is probably the wrong board for this, but I already Googled w/o a definite answer.
So I thought w/ this many Disney fans some of you were sure to be familiar w/ this breed.

How much and how often should I feed this fish?
There are 2 other slightly larger fish in the tank as well.

Just enough food that they can eat it in a minute or so with none drifting to the bottom and dirtying up the tank. I don't have any platys anymore, but I usually feed my fish every two or three days. I feed a flake food for tropical fish.
