I have used Cardpool several times. No issues. Just know that they issue either a hard/plastic card or an electronic one. Sometimes the cards may either only be used online or in stores. For Hyatt though, you should be fine. 15% off! not bad.

Also great resource: Gift Card Granny.

I use them more than Raise now for Disney gift cards - no issues. I feel I get better discounts with cardpool too.

The only issue I've had with Cardpool is that they don't send out cards on weekends. I don't know if they have changed their terms of service or FAQ's, but when I tried them out, they didn't indicate that they were only a business-day operation. Other than that, no problems. My cards both electronic and hard came quickly after that weekend.

This is my favorite place to buy gift cards. I did have a drained card from here once, but customer service was excellent. I have saved over $1000 buying gift cards here and now the electronic cards ship instantly to my mail box. The discounts are often better here too.

Just make sure you answer the phone the first time they call. They will want to verify you are you. If you don't answer, they won't sell to you.
