Requirements:

Cards should be at least 2 layers (your card base counts as one), and each card should include an envelope in which it will fit. You may want to embellish your envelope as well, but this is not a requirement. Please use your discretion and send items that you would use!

Packaging Instructions:

Please use a Ziploc for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label each bag with your name so we know who made what. You‘ll have 4 bags to enclose in the larger (gallon or quart size) Ziploc bag. - be sure to include your name, your DIS name.

Mailing Instructions - Mail in Priority Mailer & include return postage. I would think 2-3 groups would fit into a Flat Rate Priority mailer. Please keep this in mind and include return postage for the proper size return package. Please do not send metered or click-it/ship-it postage – some hostesses have had issues with these.

I have enough trouble getting my kids to make them for family

On decorated envelopes - its nice if you're hand-delivering, but I worry about security in the mail, especially if there's a "little something" inside

I have a few suggestions...I wasn't in charge of planning it (nor would I want to be), so the people who did everything really did a great job, but there are a few things I would change. It was a lot of fun, but not something I'd like to do more than once every 10 or 12 years or so (Exhausted isn't anywhere near strong enough and I was only there for one night. I can't imagine how the people who stayed for two nights feel today!).
