card for baby shower?

Has anyone here ever made a card, scrapbook style, for someone? For my friend's baby shower I'm giving her a 7x7 blush album, page protectors, pastel snap pack, baby stickers, etc. to start an album for her first baby. I thought it would be really cool if I could make her a card for her baby shower as well. I'm just not quite sure how to go about it. Any suggestions?
