Carbon Monoxide

I would have absolutly called the fire department. They would have rather come and found nothing than have to do a recovery in the morning. If it is an apartment building, you might have been the only one with a carbon monoxide detector, and could have saved the lives of everyone in the building.

I'm glad all is well, but the gas can travel throughout buildings with no scent or warning. You're lucky.

Oops, Divamomto3! I tend to get a little batty when I'm on the midnight shifts. I stand corrected, although I have experienced some people exhaling substances that defy classification...

I just asked my husband, who is a firefighter, and he says it's better to err on the side of safety.
Call the fire department-that's what they're there for.
They can come in and do a reading with their equipment.
