:confused does anybody know if there`s a big difference in price when upgrading from a compact car to a convertible do you just pay for the extra insurance or do you have to pay for the hire of the convertable on top of the insurance thanks

Yes you pay for the car also. Each model is a step up in price - convertable being near the top end.

I am now on my third upgrade regarding cars in Orlando & my insurance has never gone up, but the extra cost of the car probably had it built in.
