Car Transfer Disney to Port Canaveral

[JUST STARTING]

We are taking our first Disney cruise before our park stay in August. We will be arriving a day early and staying at POR. There will be 10 of us total and we are looking at options for transportation to Port Canaveral and from the Port to the Poly after the cruise. Our travel agent suggested FL Tours after I questioned alternatives to Disney transportation. Are there any benefits to using Disney transportation as opposed to car service or vice versa? I am also concerned with the car service fitting 10 people and their luggage in a van. Has anyone had experience with transferring such a large group?

Car Hire ..... you would need 2 cars or maybe 1 12 seater BUT you would have to collect car ..

find your way to Port Canaveral ( 70 miles away ) ...... park at pay parking Lot.

Unload luggage & load onto Shuttle bus & On Return ( Find Keys ) & Bus to Parking Lot etc.
