Does anyone listen to these two guys? They are absolutely HYSTERICAL. DH & I do allot of computer work for our business on Saturday mornings and laugh so much listening to them. Not to mention, since moving from our great STATE of MA confusion to CA...hearing their accents makes us feel at home!!!!!!!!!! :goodvibes DH & I could care less about cars, car repairs or car maintenance, we just love listening to these two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ::yes::

Car Talk is a radio talk show broadcast weekly on National Public Radio stations throughout the United States and elsewhere. Its subjects are automobiles and repair, and it often takes humorous turns. The hosts of Car Talk are brothers Tom and Ray Magliozzi, also known as Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers. Their strong Boston accents are part of the humor. The Magliozzis are long-time car mechanics. Ray Magliozzi has a degree in general science from MIT, while Tom has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from MIT and an MBA and DBA from the Boston University Graduate School of Management.

We are thrilled it is on NPR so we can get it all the way in CA!!!! :yay:

I've never listened to them, but I enjoy reading their weekly column in our local paper! Like you, I have no interest in cars or repairs, but frequently find myself saving them and sending them to other people!

How ironic. I was just telling my Mom about them today. I have zero interest in cars and yet I'm strangely compelled to listen to Click and Clack every Saturday morning. They crack me up. And I love it when they made a cameo appearance in "Cars".

I've adored them for years!

And they are voices in the movie Cars, too, the owners of Rust-eze. :goodvibes

I love listening to them every Saturday. When we drive to FL and WDW we usually have to frantically search for another station midway through the show so we don't miss the end.

My alltime favorite caller was the woman whose husband was a cowboy. He took her car to work one day and parked it under a tree with the windows open. When he returned there was a group of horses around the car. They had eaten her steering wheel! All that was left was a thin metal circle. She wanted to know if there was a way to fix it.

What a great show!

My favorite episodes were Martha Stewart visiting the studio to discuss ways to remove stains from upholstery, and astronauts calling live from the Space Shuttle while in orbit.

Their website - www.cartalk.com - has great owner reviews and car buying info, as well as hilarious bits from the show.
