car sizes at rentals..

I have been looking at all the car rental sites and in general.they all have the same car categories.. I am looking at the full size impala... I was told should fit 3 large suitcases and a small carryon??
I am worried we might have a bit more to fit in and I see that the next size up
to carry more load is a minivan ??? is this right ??

the impala rentals , i could find reasonable ... but what is the next size up if I want to fit a bit more ???? if its the minivan .. i have not found any deals at all.

We just rented an Impala from Alamo. The trunk is huge. We fit 4 suitcases and 4 various size carryons in the trunk no problem.

The Impala has a HUGE trunk. 18.8 CF Next size up, SUV or minivan.
