Hi Everyone!!

Getting ready for our 1st trip to DL. Was wondering if anyone has used a car and/or Limo service from LAX to Disneyland. Am staying at Grand Calif. and was looking for name of company that people used and was happy with. Any help is much appreciated.:)

I would love to know too...we were planning on flying into SNA, but looks like we might be flying into LAX now instead. With 5 of us the shuttle transfers add up quick and figure a car service might not be too much more than a taxi? :confused3

We started using a car service a couple years ago and LOVE it. It's so much easier than renting a car, more relaxing (and faster) than the shuttle, and depending on how many people are travelling, it can be cheaper than a taxi. I think it's particularly good for the trip back to the airport, when everyone is worn out and maybe a little cranky to be leaving. On our last return trip, we both fell asleep within moments of leaving the hotel, and the driver was nice enough to let us sleep all the way to the airport!

We also got a free grocery stop on our way to the park, which came in very handy for buying some snacks and other things we just happened to forget.

We used DK Livery last year. The price was right, and we got excellent service on both trips. I know they have SUVs and towncars, but I don't know if they have minivans.

We used karmel Shuttle service and they were fantastic! They don't circle the airport looking to pick up other people, which was great! We flew into SNA and out of LAX and it cost us (a family of 4) $95.

Remember if you have children, CA law requires children 8 and under to be in a booster seat!

Yes, I will only use Karmel as well :) Very happy with them. Check their services at https://www.karmel.com

They are a reservation only service so no looping the airport and wasting your time.

Have fun!

Thanks for this. We are going to try them for our next trip. When you add up parking fees, and the fact everything is so close, a car at Disneyland (unlike Disneyworld) just isn't worth it, even with free rental. So we are not going to get a car until AFTER the Disney part of the trip is complete. (We are going to go see SoCal relatives.)
