When I had to get from MCO to Universal this past late August-early Sept I went with Ed Korgan. He's a member here on the DIS. I don't know about WDW, but he charged $90.00 r/t for MCO to the Royal Pacific at Universal and includes a free grocery stop at Publix. I was very pleased with him. He picks you up in a black suburban.
Cheap and best don't usually go hand in hand. You may very well find that what 'looks' to be the cheapest rate could very well cost you more in the long run...added fees, not showing up, etc.
I have used Tiffany Towncar and Fl Tours, both with good results. FL Tours had some issues with the owners awhile back but the old owner came back, took over and things are much improved there.
The going rate from MCO to WDW is hovering right around $100 plus tip, r/t, for a towncar.

I've recommended Ed to a couple of people. One's used him twice already (that's my brother, and he's VERY demanding!), and one is impressed with Ed's response time - unlike the other companies they've tried contacting.
