We use Tiffany Towncar Service. They allow a 20 minute stop at Publix at 9930 Universal Blvd.

We used Orlando Magical Rides in February, and they will be my first choice for future trips. I've used 3 other services before finding OMR, and I don't care to shop around anymore after our excellent experience with Andrea from OMR. She is fantastic. If you go with them, I'd request her - especially if you have a special celebration. Our trip was a bday trip for my daughter, and Andrea decked the interior of the SUV with balloons, banner, and streamers, and she even had bday crowns for us to wear. She had a happy bday song playing as soon as she opened the doors for us to enter the vehicle.

Besides all of that, OMR has excellent communication, clean vehicles, and perfect timing for pick up and drop off. They were so easy to work with.

ETA: We didn't use the grocery stop, but they will do this if you plan it ahead of time.

Good rides express allows a grocery stop. I've had a very good experience with them when I had multiple delays and cancellations with my airline.

I've used Orlando Magical Rides (OMR) for my past two trips...they were FANTASTIC, and I will only use them from now on. Yvonny was my driver for my 50th birthday trip...he brought flowers, balloons and cupcakes for my friends and I - they were in the car when we got in it at the airport. OMR goes above and beyond!

We have been using Cast and Crew Transportation (https://castandcrewtransportation.com/). They have been great. Great communication and they made it so easy when I was traveling with 2 elderly parents. They have car seats if needed and you can rent your stroller through them if you need one. I have not done the grocery stop as I use the Kroger Home Delivery service and have my groceries delivered to the resort.
