Can anyone suggest a car service that has proven itself reliable from Disney property to Port Canaveral, with at pick up from Port Canaveral to MCO on the return. TIA

How about Disney's Magical Express bus service??? DC can arrange ground transportation for you...just call them for info, times, etc... :flower3:

We love Tiffany Town Car :). We have never gone from MCO to PC, but we have used them several times for R/T transfers between MCO and the Disney resorts and have had excellent service every time :thumbsup2. Our drivers have always been on time as well as very courteous and friendly. We are taking our first DCL cruise in June 2013 and we are planning on using them for our transfers :goodvibes.

I'll second Tiffany Town car. We have used them going to port and they have always been excellent and very reliable.

Has anyone used Ace Luxury Transportation? If so, what is your opinion of them?

We have also used Happy Limo. They were very good.
We are using them in May - large group, lots of luggage. We have a 14 passenger van - it is cheaper for us, than using Disney Transport.

Has anyone else found the DCL transfers seem to be cheaper than a car service? We sailed out out LA for the MR and had a car pick us up at the airport, take us to the Grand Californian, pick up there to the port and from the port back to the airport. Since there was no Magical Express from the airport, this was the cheapest way for my family of 4.

This time around, with the free Magical Express from airport to POFQ, it seems to be cheaper to just take the Disney bus from POFQ to the port and then port to airport afterwards. It's still expensive at around $300 but many of the car services I was looking at were providing quotes around $250-290. For us, we'd love to continue on with the Disney magic (love that they play movies on the bus!) and the convenience of dropping of bags off at the bus and seeing them in our stateroom (which makes up for the $50 difference IMO).

Anyone have an opinion on this? Maybe I'm missing out on something with private transfers?

We found a car rental to be much cheaper for our family of 4 going back and forth from the airport and the port. Plus the rental car lets us stop at Downtown Disney when our flight home is later in the day.
My DH drops us off at the port and then drops off the rental car and then takes the free shuttle that the rental car company offers to the port to meet us there.

The private transfers become more economical as you add more people to your party. For our upcoming trip we are taking the free Magic Express from the Airport to the Polynesian but using Happy Limo to the port and then back to the airport. For our party of 6, a stretch limo comes in at $63 per person round trip. The Disney transfer to the port runs about $65 per person round trip. For us, the ability to make a liquor stop and arrive on our own time makes it worth it. :)
