Car service or cab

DH is going to a conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Do you think a taxi would be cheaper than a car service for transportation to/from airport/hotel???

Does he get to write off his expenses, then I would use a car service.
You could get quotes from the car service, you could also call taxi companies and get estimated price.

He does get to expense it to the company, but it's his department, so it's his travel budget he's trying to save.

We went with a car service. I think it's just easier, hopefully he'll have a good experience with them.
