None of them. Sorry! It's just too far. You are going to need transport from the train station to your hotel and then on to the port.
Option two is to hire a car service and get them to take you to a hotel near the port. Then you get the shuttle service from that hotel. It's not going to be cheap to get to the port.

Thanks for the quick response! Looking either into renting a car/van or possible hire a car service. My kids and I hate flying, so the train is the next best thing for us.
I get off in Orlando only because by the time the train reaches Kissimmee 25 mins down the line, I'm already at Publix making my grocery stop and on my way to my resort. I wanna get off that train after 20 hours!
The cost from either stop is the same for the car service I use.
We did Amtrak from Philly 2 years ago. It was suggested that we get off in Orlando vs. kissimee because of the leangth of Kissimmee's stop. After 22 hours on the train... we were ready to get off! We used Florida Tours. They picked us up and took us to wdw... but I don't see why they couldn't take you to the port. We are going to use them to take our family from wdw to the port next summer. They were nice, very helpful, a bottle of water was waiting for each us when we got in, the car seat was free and we had a grocery stop. Highly recommend!
I remembered a car rental being there but couldn't remember which one...Here is something I found:
Amtrak travelers to Walt Disney World can choose between three stations: Orlando, Kissimmee and Sanford.
The Orlando station is about 20 miles (a 30 minute drive) from Walt Disney World. This is a fully staffed station with an enclosed waiting area. There is a taxi stand at the station. Hertz has rental car service at this station. You will need to reserve your car in advance for this location. Call Hertz on arrival and a shuttle will pick you up from the station. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to the Hertz office and get reimbursed up to $22 for the taxi fare.
The Kissimmee station is about 15 miles (a 25 minute drive) from Walt Disney World. Note that many offsite hotels are in Kissimmee, so if you are staying in that city, this station may be the closest to your hotel. This is a staffed station with an enclosed waiting area. You will have to call for a taxi, if needed. No rental car service.
The Sanford station is about 43 miles (a 50 minute drive) from Walt Disney World. This is an unstaffed station with an enclosed waiting area. You will have to call for a taxi, if needed. Hertz has rental car service at this station. You will need to reserve your car in advance for this location. Call Hertz on arrival and a shuttle will pick you up from the station.
The Sanford stop has been closed to all trains except Auto-Train (actually a separate, though adjacent, station building) for several years. Winter Park would have been closer anyway, and even Winter Haven or Lakeland really aren't any less convenient than Sanford would have been.
Still, there is no reason to use any of these stations, with Orlando and Kissimmee (closest to WDW) so much more convenient.
