What car service should I call to take us from station to resort? How far in advance should I call? Thank you!

we usually get off in orlando , dont ask why. but we always take a taxi. i noticed the last 3 summers there are more coach vans than ever. so i have never booked ahead , there are always plenty of them there. I suppose you could call and book im just not sure of the phone number.last summer there were 5 of us in the van and he let 1 mom and son ride with us also.
