car seats and airplanes

Car seats must show on it that it is FAA approved. We traveled to minnesota last year and the sticker that said it was FAA approved had worn out. They would not allow it on the plane, the flight attendant said he could see where it was, but it was too worn to read. We had to check it, and my son was 2. He did do fine without it, so when we went to WDW last month we checked it as well. He slept the whole way there! If you do want to take it make sure it is labeled FAA approved, or you have lugged it to the gate for no reason! Have a great trip! :earsboy:
