Car Seat Reqired..Airport - Hotel?

Can someone please tell me if I need a carseat for my daughter (2YO) either in a TAXI from airport to Disney Resort?? OR if we use the Mickey Express (??) the van that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the Resorts?

I just don't want to bring a carseat if I don't have to...since we most likey will just strap her into her seat on the plane.

The law requires a car seat on cars, taxis, vans, but not busses. So you'll be ok if you take Magical Express.

Just so you know, Disney's Magical Express is a plush motorcoach, not a van. There are no seatbelts on buses, and since seatbelts are necessary to secure a carseat in place, you can't have a carsear on the bus.

This is the same for the Disney Transport buses, the buses you'll take from your resort to the parks and back.
