car seat rental?

We are going to disney in Jan and looking to rent a car for back and forth to airport and some later evening travels not to and from the parks. Anyone have positive experiences with renting a car seat from a car rental company. Son will be almost 5 so we will need a booster with a back not a car seat...

Most of the boosters come apart and you can pack them in your luggage. If your child does well in a high back, they may be ok in a bubble bum for the trip. I wouldn't recommend renting one, there's no guarantee of what they have and you don't know the history.

Thanks, looked into this, he will be almost 5 by then and is tall so i think we would just buy an inexpensive backless for the trip!
