Does anyone have any rates/coupon codes for car Rentals at the Orlando International Airport. Also what car rentals are at the airport. Looking for rates for the first week of Aug.

Take a look at Bing to get an idea of prices.

Go to each car company website- to name a few I can think of at the airport-Alamo, National, Budget. Google MCO rental car companies for the complete list.

Check for codes on mousesavers.com

Check Hotwire.

After all of my research on these sites, I have been successful with bidding on Priceline.

I found the best codes on mousesavers.com!

great topic. We're looking to rent a car and save some money for our trip next month so i'm looking forward to any suggestions.

Check under the transportation thread. Best deal I found was with priceline.

Priceline for sure !! We just got back from a 10 day trip. I bid $12 a day on a Midsize car and Won with my first bid. We ended up with National Car Rental. They actually had some Mini vans parked in the Mid size section because they had so many available but we opted for a Nissan Cube (really cute and gas friendly). You pay way less fees thru Priceline too. Total for 10 days fees and taxes included was about $170. I dont think you can beat that. This was our first trip using Priceline and i was a bit nervous but it was flawless. Walked straight out and picked out a car and were on our way in just minutes. HIGHLY recommend !!

Like others said check with the transportation area. Join Alamo Insiders---it is free. Check mousesavers. It does take time and effort to find a deal. I was looking for a minivan for my sister for Seattle 2 weeks ago. They had a standing reservation of $475 for 1 week which was what they were going for. I signed up for Alamo Insider and got similar price BUT kept at it...the Tuesday before the weekend they left I scored BIG...$240 for one week for the van including all taxes and fees. The next day it was up to over $600 FOR THE SAME VAN! I have seen that before---happened with our MCO rental 2.5 years ago.

I'd hold off on Priceline until right before...lots of times you can get even better rates with coupons and codes. You can make reservations and cancel and rebook...with Priceline they are non-refundable or changeable.....might be option at last minute.

Good luck...it takes time and effort but you can find dealsl! Post your dates...maybe some will help.
