Does anyone have any opinions on the car rental enterprise? Is it decent?

Is there a particular reason you are looking at Enterprise?

Yes, it is one of the few that rent to under 25. And the prices looked very cheap when I went to their website. Is it a bad play to rent from?

No I haven't heard anything bad. I just haven't heard many people mention them on this board.

Maybe if you post a question asking about under 25 rentals you may get more responses.
