Car rental

One day during our upcoming trip we are hoping to head over to the Tampa area.
Is there a car rental company on WDW property? If so, will they shuttle you there to pick up your car or anything like that?

Alamo and National rent from the Disney Car care center. You call for a shuttle from your Disney resort and they pick you up and will return you after the rental. You need to make an advance reservation to be assured you get a car and a decent price.

I think there is a rental agernt at the Swan or Dolphin also if you are in an Epcot area resort.
