Car rental tip - careful!!!

I've been searching for a rental for 10/21 to 10/23 (10th anniversary trip). I wanted to save $$$ on the car, so I've been searching only for compacts and mid-sizes. After several efforts, I decided to check out full size prices -- and it turned out to be $15 a day LESS than compacts at both Alamo and National!!!

I guess the smaller cars sell faster - driving up those prices.

Anyway, I settled on $30.95 per day for a National full size (minus a few dollars for Disney Club).

I always look at smaller vehicles because I think smaller means less expensive. Thanks for the reminder than it isn't always true.
