Has anyone rented a car through SWA and cancelled the rental? Wanted to know if you can cancel the reservation without a penalty? Hold time with SWA is 30 minutes
Actually the hold time wasn't that long. and the answer is no you will not be charged if you cancel. So now I was able to rent a dollar car on SWA and earn 600 points plus another 60 points for using my SWA CC to pay for the rental.
