Car Rental/Taxi Service??

Does Disney have on-site car rental? If so does anyone know how much per day? Can we drop off at Universal? Is there taxis curb side by Disney resorts? Does anyone know how much it would be to hire a taxi to go to the grocery store??? Help

Yes there are taxi stands outside of every resort. National/Alamo have an onsite location. Don't know about a drop off point at Universal.
