car rental questions

is there an "on site" car rental company at any one of the 3 Universal hotels?

I am not certain, but I believe Hertz cars are available at the HRH and PBH. Maybe someone who knows for sure will chime in soon.

Hertz is onsite at all 3.

In November, we used AAA to rent a car one way from FLL to Universal/HRH. We had to pick PBH as the drop-off location because of a system glitch. But, we just pulled up to the HRH, and asked the girl at the Hertz counter to take it back for us, and it wasn't a problem.

Yes its a Hertz dealer for rentals , but i talked to them last year and thought they where expensive. Bubbas Mom rents a car sometimes, but not onsite ,she will let you know where she gets it from, and it was considerably cheaper, and if i remember correctly it was close enough to walk to.
