I just checked online and car rentals are very expensive for late March through to early April. I went the same time last year and they were not near as much...Will they go down??
I agree that the prices are outrageously high! I have 2 one day rentals, one Sat. the 20 to the 21st for $40 and the next weekend, again from Sat. to Sun. the best I can get is closer to $60! We booked them and are hoping they come down.
Yes the prices are very high & no coupon codes yet, at least not that I've seen. Most of them seem to expire on 2/28. I'm hoping the prices will be a bit more reasonable with a coupon code otherwise I'll either rent at the Dolphin for a day or 2 or skip the rental car altogether.
I know..that's why I have given up and will utilize ME to/from airport and ME to/from resort to cruise terminal. We were there in October and got a PT Cruiser for $26/day..no such deals during spring break. Honestly though I didn't find much benefit from the use of the rental. On our last day at WDW we left the car in the lot. No time savings noted while using rental. so I don't feel too bad not getting any good deals this time around.
