Car Rental Pick Up

We are taking ME from airport to Coronado Resort where we will be staying for 4 days. We have then booked a van through Budget so we can drive to Port Canaveral for our Disney Cruise. Our plan is for dh to got get the van and then pick up myself and 2 daughters and our luggage. So now that I have this great plan does anybody know how this actually works? Is there some sort of shuttle that we call from the Coronado to take dh to get the vehicle and then once he has the vehicle how does he get back to us or do we have to go somewhere specific to meet him?

We are first timers at all this and I seemed to be getting a little stressed out trying to figure all this out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe, and could be wrong since I haven't done it yet, that Budget has a shuttle you can call to get you to their office in DTD. We are doing the same thing in August. I think I remember that as being an option. I think we're just going to head to DTD and then walk over to the hotel and get the car and then head back to BW to get our bags.

Call the day before to arrange shuttle service, they will give you a pick up time, they will come get your DH and bring him to the rental location, he's then free to go pick you guys up wherever. They can probably also give him good directions to get back to CSR. It is really a very manageable walk though, from DTD to the Budget location - I assume it's the one in Doubletree you're using? We just decided to go with the shuttle pickup because the way my luck runs, it would've started raining the minute we got off the bus.
