Car rental near Disneyland

We are planning on flying from Nashville to DL (Taxi or shuttle to hotel).

From there we are driving to Phoenix for 3 days and then flying home.

I would rather not rent a car for the time we are at DL as we won't likely use it.

Is there anywhere close to DL to rent a car at a decent rate?

There is an Alamo rental car right across from the DLH, near the theater in downtown disney. I don't know about the rates, but it is certainly convenient.

That's where we rented ours from and got a good rate. We had trouble finding it even with instructions because it is out of the way. If you do decide on them to find the rental office you walk down through DTD and turn left at the very end. They are on the end (facing the street) but not the corner. If you cross the little street to the Disneyland Hotel you've gone to far. Hope that helps someone since we had a heck of a time figuring it out.

There are 2 more Car rental places on Katella ave. Enterprise one is by the Cheese Cake Factory and will come pick you up or drop you off at your hotel.

One of the places was in the lobby of the Anaheim Plaza which is where we were actually staying. There prices were about twice what the one in DTD was so check your options out. Make sure you google discounts or something like that.
