Hey everyone,

I know this is kinda far out to be looking but I am hoping that maybe I will luck out. I am looking to rent a vehicle from June 19-July 1 from Toronto Airport. Everything I am searching for is insanely expensive still! Does anyone have any codes or tips for me? I HAVE looked at mouse savers and the transportation board but a lot of those are for US only. I was hoping my fellow Canucks who travel from Pearson often may have some advice.
Thanks!

Do you have a Costco membership? Lately I've been getting good rates from them, you can book on their website...

Yes I do. I checked and rates were not much better at this time. I have checked a ton if sites and used different codes but cars are comin up at almost $100 a day!!!! For 10 days I have seen nothing cheaper than $900. :( :(
Hoping others may have other tips or help.

Hotwire gives a price of $413 for the dates you want. For a 13 day rental that's not bad

Just a tip if you don't need a minivan you could see if any of the downtown locations have availability for better prices. All of the minivan rental for the major car rentals are kept at the airport due to lack of space for them in the downtown lots.

I always use enterprise at martingrove and rexdale blvd which is not that far from the airport. They usually have the best rates that I have found and the employees are always super nice. I think the address is 301 rexdale blvd......maybe you can take a cab from the airport there and rent from that location.
Sign up for their enterprise plus membership you may get discounts from there as well.

I've found that any of the Airline Frequent Flyer Codes listed on the Mousesaver page work with both Enterprise/National. I've got the Southwest one even though we NEVER fly with them. It's free to sign up and they have yet to ask to see a card when we rent a car. I also signed up with the Emerald Club thru the link on the Mousesaver page and you will get weekly e-mails listing codes you can use. With both National & Enterprise you can constantly go in and check the price & if you get a cheaper one, just cancel the reservation with the higher rate. Sure it will require constant work but I've managed to save over $500.00 for a 2 week period.

OH if you have AIRMILES you can use those to rent a car! And earn them if you swing through their site :thumbsup2 Good luck and have a blast in TO
