car rental help

Need info about renting a car while your in WDW. Need a car for a week and checked some prices. Since National is on site at the Swan it is very easy to do however they are more expensive then say "InterAmerican" which is located in Kissimee. They say they pick you right up at your resort for free and will also drop off after you return the car.

The savings is about $80 for the week. Has anyone tried this? Just wondering if the ease of National is better than saving the money.

If you rented off site let me know your experiences?

I haven't used a rental company at neither WDW nor the airport.

But I would not use a downtown Kissimmee or other "third location" rental if I need to get back to the airport shortly after returning the car.

There are also a couple of rental companies on "Hotel Alley" by DTD. I believe Dollar and ????
