Car rental from honolulu airport?

I went directly to the Budget site and played with the codes from "retailmenot" and was able to get a PREMIUM car ( ok Ford Taurus.. THEY consider it premium..) INCLUSIVE of all taxes and fees for less any anywhere else...9 days under 300 dollars all in.. I know dates make a difference, but for our travel dates ( late September ) this worked out best.. ( I am a member of several car rental programs including budget "Fastbreak" and tried them all.. for me this was the best ) ( I used BCD 112000 as the code you can also prepay with that code to save a few more dollars...)

I got a minivan for a 7 day rental from Alamo for $255 (all fees included) from budget using the codes on the costcotravel website. Booking directly through costco has no benefit.

I was going to use budget, but the extra airport fees you have to pay raise the price more than $100.
