Car rental from DTD area hotels

DH is attending a conference at the Doubletree Guest Suites in April. We plan to take Tiffany to the hotel, but would like to rent a car at the end of the conference to visit relatives in Tampa. Is there a car rental located in/near any of the DTD hotels? I looked in the website for the hotel plaza but couldn't find any info.
