Car Rental for Under 25

I have a daughter who is getting married in May. She and her new husband will be honeymooning at WDW and they are both 22 years old. They live across the country, so driving there is not an option. All of the major car rental agencies charge them a fee of $15-25 per day additional because they are under 25. Seems strange since he owns a home, multiple cars and his own business, but they don't feel he is responsible enough to rent a car. Does anyone know if there is an agency in the area that will rent to them without charging them more than double what I would pay? Thanks!!!!

No, unfortunately not. They all follow the actuarial tables and stats on under 25 drivers.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any car rental agencies that don't charge extra for drivers under the age of 25. I was looking into it because now that we purchased DVC, DS is planning on using some of our points to go to WDW with some friends. It looks like DS's best option will be to use a town car service. If DD & DS-inlaw are planning on only staying on WDW property, maybe that will work for them too. We have used Tiffany Town Car in the past a couple of times and have been very happy with them.
